I’ve been looking into some racing games for my Galaxy Tab and in my opinion, Gt Racing: Motor Academy is the current best of them all. I also tried Need For Speed Shift and Asphalt 5, but Motor Academy is superior to both in terms of gameplay and graphics.

Motor Academy lets you have your own career with many different cars and tracks. There are vehicles from 12 different manufacturers including Mercedes, BMW and Toyota. You can take part in many events after you buy your first car, and complete tests to get your licenses. More cars and parts can be bought from the Car Dealer and the Workshop. The Race Centre is divided into four categories, that are GT Championship, Constructor Events, Driver Contracts and Special Invitations.

All the races in the career mode have their own restrictions. For example a drag race would have to be completed by a Classic. Rally tracks are optimized for their own unique controls. In Driver Contract races, you drive a car for a company in a race. All the races have rewards, depending on the fulfillment of the race tasks and the position you hold in one. There are cash prizes and sometimes new vehicles.

The gameplay is very smooth and easy to adopt. Different control options are given for you to choose from. By default, a pedal on the right accelerates and one on the left brakes, with automatic gearing. You turn left and right using Gyroscope sensors. For beginners, breaking assistance and driving aid kits are introduced. Races go on and you are also invited to special events until you get to drive all the cars, race all your opponents, and become the number one champion in the whole game.

The above all goes into the career mode but that is not all. For a quick race, you can choose Arcade at the beginning. Another great feature is the Online Multiplayer Mode, allowing you to challenge anybody on the planet to a race through WiFi, no matter what device they use.
