Angry Birds, the most popular mobile game of all time will have another episode released for it’s original title soon. The update is called Mine and Dine and according to Rovio, it will ‘soon’ be available in ‘app stores everywhere’. Here’s the trailer:

Apart from that statement, there is no more information on the availability of the sixth update. Mine and Dine will see the pigs taking the eggs underground, and the birds will have to ‘take advantage of the geology’ in specific levels. For instance, the video shows a bird hitting the roof of the cave causing the pigs below to perish in the rubble.

I admire Rovio’s quick development of challenging new levels for all the Angry Birds series, but personally I would like to have a bit of a change in the game-play. It is believed that not being addicted to Angry Birds is impossible, but a few enhancements and new features are always welcome.

Meanwhile, the Angry Birds Rio gets an update as well. It’s known as Carnival, taken from the Rio movie. The game will soon hit App Stores and apparently, it is ‘going through EA and Chillingo approval’ before release. Here’s the trailer:

You can see the catchy background and the popping balloons in the video, showing a glimpse of all the exciting new levels. In my case, I think about to six battery recharges will be enough to pop all those pigs. What about you, eh?
